  • Your package is already inside the Logistics network and should be delivered within the expected period.
  • Each time a tracking label in the Delivery system is scanned, package movement information is registered.
  • If the shipment is traveling cross-country or passing between nations or territories, there can be several days between scans.

  • Unfortunately during unexpected situations (like a pandemic), and for reasons we can’t control (fewer flights, international delays and increased volumes, Christmas season) a delivery might be delayed even more.
